We will also grab some "grandma shots" (my name for the photos that grandmas love of every family member smiling at the camera!), but the majority of our time will be spent interacting.
The session is just the beginning! You'll be invited to my studio for a personalized ordering appointment to view your gallery, select your favorites, and create your artwork.

I'll let you in on a secret, I'm well-known as a newborn photographer, but I actually love family sessions even more!
Family sessions at JHP are all about having fun, and capturing your family as you are! We'll have a magical evening of laughing and memory making that you'll look back on for years to come! You may even have so much fun you won't notice when I snag those pretty photos of everyone smiling and looking at the camera.
I offer family sessions during all four seasons. Whether you want family portraits or just portraits of your kids (young or old!), this session is for you. Your choice of studio or sunset.

Absolutely! You're investing in custom portraiture, and we believe strongly that it's our job to help you create the finished product, not just send you away with some files to store on your computer.
+ will you help me choose prints?
Your lightly edited images will be ready for viewing within about three weeks. At this time, you will be invited to Jen's Studio for an in-person ordering appointment, Monday-Friday from 10-2.
+ When will i see my images?
I book all outdoor sessions during the golden hour, just before sunset, Monday-Saturday. Studio sessions are booked at approximately 10 a.m. Monday-Friday.
